LanTen Launch Mobile Friendly Helpline Number

Lanten Metering Services Ltd recently launched its new mobile friendly telephone number. The new 03 number offers mobile users a low cost alternative to LanTen`s local rate 0845 Customer Services number.

Customers dialling the new 03454 707 222 number will be charged at the same rate as if they were calling an 01 or 02 phone number. This cost will vary depending on the network operator, but most landline and mobile providers offer free call packages and these always include calls to 03 numbers. It is also possible for our customers to call our new 03 number from abroad.

The new 0345 number will be answered by our UK Sales Support Team which is manned Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.

This number can be used by customers who have general metering enquiries or for those who wish to Top Up their LanTen prepayment energy meters.

LanTen to Showcase at the Chartered Institute of Housing Annual Conference in Manchester

LanTen Metering Services Ltd is to showcase the HeatPlus™ range of Energy Management solutions at the Chartered Institute of Housing Annual Conference in Manchester between the 24th – 26th June 2014.

CIBSE’s Metering requirements for RHI

This accreditation is supported by Ofgem and is particularly relevant to reports that are produced for RHI applicant installations – and will help ensure a much faster accreditation.

LanTen Metering Services Ltd is to supply their HeatPlus™ range of Heat Meters for a major residential refurbishment programme in central London.

LanTen Win New Order for the Supply of Heat Meters to London based Property Services Company

LanTen Metering Services announced today that they recently completed a second order for the supply of  HeatPlus ™  Heat Meters  to a London based Property Services Company. The order comes in the light of the developers rapidly expanding portfolio, with LANTEN now supplying metering and billing services to eight of the company`s developments.
